I am currently a client of Robert's, but I have not spoken to him since November 2023. At that time, I was scheduled to have a hearing for my workers' comp case, but he informed me that it was canceled by the opposing counsel and would take 60 days to reschedule. Starting in January 2024, I reached out to him multiple times to inquire about the status of my case, but he has made no effort to contact me. It is now the end of July, and I still have not received any response from him. When I visited his office, I discovered that he had closed his location. I am very concerned and feel I have been wronged as a client. I am considering seeking another attorney, but I am unsure if he will respond to my new lawyer, which is crucial for my case to proceed.
