After hearing so many people recommend Jon, I personally thought I had found the right person to help me with this life changing situation. I paid him for a consultation, and he promised to review my file by a certain day. When he missed that deadline and I tried to follow up, I was told to stop texting him . To be dismissed so coldly during one of the most nerve-wracking times of my life , after a no reply deadline to me was incredibly frustrating especially with no communication. He did eventually review my files accordingly days later. However, I have since retained a detailed lawyer who responds respectfully and has the patience to guide me through this difficult and uncertain process. I can only imagine how frustrating this process could be with the wrong people. Although a lawyer is there to help you interpret the law. A lawyer should also guide you throughout the process so you feel confident about the representation, if I felt confident I would have retained him, my gut tells me I made the right decision for myself to look elsewhere after paying the consultation fees.
