I reached out to the Law firm to have a contract reviewed, that was in June. It is a 3 page document. I made my deposit for the retainer in June. I have had to reach out numerous times to try and get updates. We are now in August. When I spoke with Denise a few weeks ago she told me I will have the reviewed document back by the end of the day. After not hearing anything or receiving anything I ask for a refund. I then receive an email from Denise saying that the retainer does not cover new or revised contracts and one other document I sent for review (1 page contractor agreement). She stated that there is enough retainer for one document so I requested the contract. That was a week ago and still have not received anything. I emailed this morning again requesting a refund we will see what will happen at this point.
