I've engaged Becky at Burton for estate planning. Nothing complicated but there were a couple questions where a trusted answer from a qualified local attorney was a real benefit. My heirs can write an update after my death and let everybody know if there were unexpected problems. I haven't used services on the personal injury side of the house. When I've been injured personally I'm generally the person to cause it. However, Becky carries an aura that invokes images of daisies, joyously leaping dolphins, Dia del Muerto skulls and wooden clubs. I'm guessing she' d be very effective. We first contacted the office of Burton & Burton during the pandemic, so I first contact was via phone. Information and paperwork needed before taking our case was clearly stated and what to expect was also clearly outlined for us so as to prevent any surprises. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and helpful every time we called or went into the office, and they were prompt in returning phone calls or emails. We were informed of remodeling occurring in the office that might cause a slower response to our phone calls or emails, apologizing for any delays but would respond as quickly as possible.
