If you have the extra money to throw around he's a great choice. The DA in my case was not prepared, couldn't contact the victim, and the same day the judge threw out my case due to no contact with the victim and the courts. Was the same day I asked him to do the same thing. Ask for dismissal, not ask for it to be continued on our behalf. And I can truthfully say Mr swink was not there to help me.
