Typical.
Takes your money and can't be reached by phone or email. I literally do not understand anything that is happening with my case. They don't care. I'd hire another attorney, but I no longer care. They all just backroom it with the courtroom workgroup anyway. I expect to lose thousands. I expect to be exploited by both the court and the law firm I chose. I expect nothing to go in my favor. I have no advocates.
I'll update if anything actually goes well for me. I'm not holding my breath.

I filled out their contact form. Nothing. I stopped by the office, Matthew Barringer had no time to meet. I was scheduled an appointment for another day. I came back, paid their fee, was stuck in an office waiting for 50 minutes. Was told he was finishing up a call. After 50 minutes, I grabbed my stuff, asked the receptionist to give me a refund and left. Wasted my time and will see if I get a refund.

they have been an absolute headache. went in for a consultation on friday october 31st and ended up agreeing on a service which they would have a document signed and of course paid that day. was told by the paralegal Toni and the lawyer Mathew that this document would be signed either tuesday or wednesday of the following week. we agreed and left as is, we are now on nov 6th and yet nothing has been done. i understand we are not the only clients, but if we are PAYING for a service i believe we must get that service. i've been trying to get ahold of them since monday and yet im left with "we will give you a call back and let you know when we will be going" and im still waiting on a call and a date. having family in an ice detention center is already stressful and adding unprofessional people to "help" makes it worse. DO NOT waste time or money with them, seek help elsewhere with people who genuinely want to help.
