Mark understands the judicial climate of property easement cases. He immediately identified my issues, defined the goals, and set a path forward. He has experts in the field to support each step of the process. I think he is very affordable for the amount of effort he puts in. Thanks, Mark.

Mark is an excellent business attorney and knows how to protect you in commercial leases. He listens to your concerns and is a bulldog with people trying to push you around. Mark was in my corner the entire time answering all my questions. I went through two other attorneys before finding Mark and he will be the only one I use moving forward for my commercial business.

Mark Cohen represented our Homeowners Association in a complicated lawsuit dealing with a 50 year-old road easement whose ownership was not clearly defined. There were 6 parties to the lawsuit, including the County. Over the year and a half we worked with Mark, he was very attentive to the HOA and the numerous details and filing deadlines of the lawsuit. He had a firm grasp of the law governing property rights, easements, and writing settlement agreements. Mark helped our HOA navagate the the complicated legal matters before us and negotiated a settlement that protected the HOA's rights with this road easement. We are very happy with Mark's work and the resolution to the lawsuit.

Our small HOA needed to update our declarations so we needed advice and appropriate legal wording for the amendments. Mark went above and beyond, even finding a few needed changes that we hadn't noticed - without adding to our cost. He made a complicated pricers simple; he made a boring process more interesting. And, again, he stayed within our budget. I would recommend him as the board chair for HOAs and would recommend him for other issues in his areas of practice.
