Marina has been representing me since 2019. She represented me throughout my divorce, as well as child custody issues. She also went to trial with me. I have nothing but good to say about her professionalism and the way she handled and continues to handle my case. She is very realistic and doesn't sugar coat or promise unrealistic things. Anytime that I need to talk to her, she always calls me back right away. Some lawyers tend to be very loud, aggressive, rude and even nasty in court, which irritates most judges. That is not her style. Marina is very respectful and she handles everything with dignity. During court she stays calm, but is very firm at the same time. She is good at exposing lies and knows how to ask the right questions to do that. If yo need a lawyer that dedicates her time, helps to address all issues look no further. PS. If you see any bad reviews about her from a non-client, that's my ex. Which again proves that Marina did her job well.

Clear Conflict of Interest & Utterly Unethical Woodland Hills Family Law Attorney Marina Ayzenstein's decision-making is utterly unethical and is a clear example of conflict of interest. Marina represented and advocated for a woman who had her ex-husband Nikolai arrested. Marina later represented Nikolai's newest fiance, Anastasia, who was also in a family law case with her ex (me). When asked during trial 'what the heck Marina was thinking' so to speak, Marina acted like it was no big deal. Marina also argued to the Judge that Nikolai did not pose a threat to Anastasia's 4-year-old child (who Nikolai is not the father to). Nikolai's ex-wife (again, she was Marina's previous client) reported that Nikolai drank and drove and otherwise put a knife to her throat. This man, who is 36 years old at the time of writing and has 8 kids with 3 women, is never allowed to see his son, at least until his son becomes an adult. Marina defended the ex-wife against this violent man...yet in a separate and newer case Marina argued on behalf of this same violent man who is engaged to Marina's newer client (again, Anastasia). I never consulted with or hired Marina but I did watch her trying to represent Anastasia in my family law case. What good attorney would ever accept Anastasia as a client considering the circumstances and direct conflict of interest? Be careful of Marina...

Extremely Unprofessional and False Accusations by Marina Ayzenstein. I am utterly disappointed with the legal services provided by Marina Ayzenstein, who was hired to represent my children. It is with great regret that I have to share my negative experience, which has left me deeply frustrated and upset. From the outset, I had high hopes that Ms. Ayzenstein would prioritize my children's best interests. However, instead of delivering professional and ethical representation, she resorted to making false accusations against me. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also reflects a complete lack of integrity. The false accusations made by Ms. Ayzenstein have caused significant distress to my family. It is utterly unacceptable that someone in a position of trust and responsibility would stoop to such lows. As a result, I am compelled to take this matter further and report her to the California Bar Association for her misconduct. I caution anyone in need of legal representation to think twice before considering Marina Ayzenstein. Her unprofessional conduct and false accusations have not only damaged my trust in her abilities but have also caused unnecessary stress to my family. I strongly advise seeking alternative legal counsel who can provide the professionalism and integrity that Ms. Ayzenstein clearly lacks. In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed by Marina Ayzenstein's representation and the false accusations she has made against me. I urge others to exercise caution when considering her services. My intention is to bring awareness to her unprofessional behavior and ensure that others do not have to endure the same distress that my family has experienced.
