One of my relatives (which I'm my relative's representative) had a minor traffic case which probably didn't even need an attorney to be involved. But we are very risk-averse people, we couldn't wait for the date the official traffic ticket notice to appear in the online court system to know what exactly the charge would be. We started looking for attorneys immediately right after receiving the traffic ticket and hoping to get useful legal advice to be prepared for all the possible outcomes. We contacted a few law firms, and the moment I talked to Jesse, I knew we would go with Jesse. Jesse provided rationales and explained how the legal system works in a very thoughtful, professional, and easy to understand manner. He patiently listened to all of our questions (some could be silly questions) and provided very useful suggestions and information even though he knew we might not end up needing a lawyer.
