Without definitive venting, definitely an interesting experience, is what, I am able to say about this attorney. I utilized his services and boy was that the worst decision ever made. I sent him two sets of evidentiary exhibits, signature required and, he had the audacity to state in my face that he never received them. He, further, attempted to lay blame on my person for his lacking and ill-set behavior. The judge even made the statement, 'Mr. Munoz, your disorganized behavior surprises me since you have been before me on many occasions.' In the end, case was lost but, not on merit, it was lost because this individual,like most State here is clearly sold to Proprietors. Amazing, how money takes over one's very own ethical behavior. Stay Away, if you have any type of Real Property Matter, he is not worth your money!

Worst tenant lawyer--clearly in bed with landlords. Completely mishandled my case and damaged my credit over a very simple issue which I repeatedly informed them about. The case managers are also extremely unprofessional, argumentative, avoid responsibility, and act as gatekeepers so you can't even speak directly with the lawyer. Stay away very toxic.

Don't let feelings of desperation lead you to someone like this. You pay an attorney NOT to be a neutral mediator but rather a strong advocate in your defense! This attorney was anything but that. In fact, he seemed to be aligned with the other parties involved, at times, as he was experiencing an exact same life circumstance as another individual involved on the other end. Management companies can be absolutely brutal and unchecked in using the legal system in their favor to attempt tenant evictions. You need an attorney in that kind of situation that is a strong advocate. I wish I had tried harder to find such an attorney. On a positive note, the ladies that work in this office are nice and helpful.

I'm a previous PAYING client. I was referred by an acquaintance and had had high hope this man would at least show a level of professionalism expected in such manner. This man has re-routed my calls and has had the insensitivity of ignoring my calls and legit question one encounters in such legal matters . Note this review isn't based on the out-come of my case more so his treatment and attention towards his clients. He's been unavailable and unreachable more so after a surprise legal manner arose. I've called his office multiple times and his intern's knowledge reflect a level of mediocrity that is down right insulting to any legal firm. As time progressed with my case I found myself being more successful going into the office in person and have found his office to be open to cannabis and hemp products (not that I'm against it but one should maintain a certain candor in such a field). I fell to this position because I needed legal counsel but failed to educate myself that not all lawyers actually care and have a level of empathy and humanity to give their clients the feeling as simple as being heard. My final thought is despite your legal situation look elsewhere for representation, results matter and so does service and attention look elsewhere in this stressful journey (Legal journey) for legal needs. This man/legal firm is based on meeting a personal quota not in helping his community or enriching individual in the processes.

Mr.Munoz and his office was very helpful in facilitating all our legal needs.We phoned other attorney offices before using Mr.Munoz they were not as professional and took so much time to get back to us,we just basically got the run around from all the other attorneys that we contacted.We would highly recommend attorney Mr.Munoz he gave our family the peace of mind that we needed,answered all our questions and guided us throughout the legal process.Do yourself a favor and consult with his office today.Ms.Coffey
