Well, I am not proud to be publicly posting that I had to file a BK but am willing to do it for Hedtke Law APC, Mr. Neil R. Hedtke, Esq. and Dawn Aguilar, the fabulous paralegal who runs their office beautifully!! I had considered filing my case without an attorney, but fear of making a mistake and wasting time and money doing so made me search for an attorney. My family, mostly my sister, wanted me to use an attorney that was cheaper, but she failed to do the research to find out that it is not cheaper in the long run due to costs that those cheap attorneys fail to tell their clients about until it is too late and then the costs go up. So, I found these folks who not only explained everything to me thoroughly but were only two blocks from my house making this such a simple, easy and convenient process! Thanks to you all for helping someone who was scared to death to file, get through it with ease and minimal stress! Amazing customer service from the gal, Dawn Aguilar, who runs the front office and Mr. Hedtke, Esq., the attorney. I had many questions and concerns about what was going to happen, and they made sure that everything ran like clockwork and my charges were all dismissed. So, I would highly recommend them to anyone regardless of their situation (be it the first-time filling, someone with a lot or no complications) as I can only say they will not regret the outcome. And as you can tell I am satisfied with how this tremendously stressful situation turned out! Thanks again to you all for everything. I received a letter from Hedtke Law Office for free consultation when I was sued by a credit card collector. I took an appointment and went my free consultation. It was impressive, professional and constructive advise I got the first day. I really moved and went a head with my chapter 7 petition with Hedtke Law Office. I have got every possible details of support I needed. I deeply appreciate and thankful their cooperation and professional responsibility.

I just called literally right now and was not expecting the rudeness. Firstly, this firm took very long to answer the phone call. When the person did answer the phone call he did not properly introduce himself. I then asked if their law firm works with tenant rights and cases that where a contract has been breached. This person responds in a very rude manner, "Nooooo we are not taking any eviction cases right now", I respond, "I'm not evicted". And boom he hangs up on me. This is by far the worst firm that I have contacted to get a consultation. It clearly states on their website landlord/tenant litigation and eviction litigation. The worst! Pay attention to the bad reviews these are the important ones. The ones where a firm shows their true colors.
