Poor people skills. Poor customer service. I was recommended through a friend. I verbalized to miss "know it all" that basically my ignorance is acting as barrier because I've never sought out lawyer services for car injuries. She sure wasn't nice or sweet about a damn thing kept talking over me because she felt her questions were more important then me telling her what happened and my questions pertaining the topic. You know when you're talking to someone and they seem very impatient and rude because they already know what they want to tell you, but they're just waiting for you to shut up? That was my experience with Tanya expect she didn't even wait for me to stop talking. She kept cutting me off. I called the person that referred me to her and told him never again. She must have more patience with male clients than the females. I strongly don't recommended working with someone who don't make you feel comfortable enough to even continue a consultation FREE phone call. I hung up in her face, because although I want assistance, I don't NEED it. I refuse to work with one or do business with someone who failed to show respect to me as a client our very first interaction, Black woman to black woman.

Tonya Brown is not a good attorney she didn't fight for me at all and agreed more with my x wife's attorney than me. Save your money and find a good family law attorney. 'zero stars

Tanya Brown is the worst attorney I could hire to handle my case. She failed me in all hearings because she was not prepared and she basically did not care if I win or not. The only thing she cares about is to get your money and yet she doesn't work for it. Don't get deceived by her << reasonable << fees, because she won't work for that money. I can't expressed how much mental and financial stress I went through working with this woman. She uses an extremely rude and bullying language with you and never listens to your arguments, as a result she can't defend you in the court. In one of my hearing she failed to serve the opposing counsel correctly so the judge postponed the hearing. For my other simple case of QDRO she failed to tell us our signatures needed to be notarized so the court rejected our case. And she doesn't even email us to say that. Two months later I follow up and she responds that she has sent us the email. When I ask for a proof she claim the email has been stuck in her mailbox. She tell lies easily to cover up for her malpractice. Not only your money is wasted, you will get stressed out because she doesn't do her job. You can try her for yourself if you have any doubts about my review.
