Mr. McKenna was great -- he maintained hope throughout the process while also keeping things grounded in reality. In the end, he secured an outcome I am more than happy with. Highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Attorney Thomas F. McKenna. Our family retained him for a criminal case, and without going into too many details, I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. He was completely overpriced for doing little to no work, taking advantage of our family after we placed our trust in him. Despite this, he refused to offer even a partial refund. Worse, he waived the client's right to a speedy trial without informing or getting consent from the client, causing him to sit in jail for an unnecessary extra amount of time. Every time I called or emailed for updates, I received vague responses or no real answers at all. Throughout the entire process, he never even met with the client. If we hadn't switched attorneys, I can't imagine how much longer the client would have been sitting in jail or how his case would have turned out. I strongly do not recommend this attorney and sincerely hope he stops taking advantage of people in their most vulnerable times of need.

When I found myself in some trouble a friend recommended Tom. I am forever grateful for his help! Tom took the time to answer all my questions every step of the way. I was not familiar with how the courts run and probably bugged him more than his average clients, lol. Tom and his team went above and beyond my expectations! I am currently doing community service when I was looking at 2 Felonies! Thanks for saving me you are awesome!

Tom and his team are excellent. They are friendly, respectable, responsive, professional, fair, clear with communication and open to any questions or concerns I had. I was able to move forward and continue with my life having Tom as my counsel. He carried all my concerns and worries, which allowed me to focus on my work and family. He is likeable, trustworthy and delivers. Cannot say enough positive and good things about Tom and his team. Solid.
