I would give infinity stars if allowed for Nicholas. Highly recommend Nicholas if you need a trustworthy and knowledgeable professional tax expert to help in tax related issues. We had this FIRPTA problems dealing with IRS for years. Recently consulted with Nicholas after frustration of not getting any clear guidance from our CPA and lawyer. After reviewing our documents, he honestly told us his service will not save us any money unfortunately. But still he patiently provided us free professional advices promptly even when he was away on vacation. With his knowledgeable advice, we have a clear understanding of our unfortunate situation. Kim & Rosado saved our behinds, point blank. We were audited last year and my husband and I met with the IRS rep in Oakland and after 2-3 hours of grilling, realized we were way in over our heads and we needed HELP! The IRS opened up another year of auditing us (nightmare, people!!) and by that point, Anthony and his team were in charge and handled it like the true professionals they are.
