Terrible experience. He serves as the public administrator for Tulare County and he should just stick to one job because you will never get a hold of him. You know how greedy lawyers can be. I have been trying to reach him for three days now with no success. He has gotten paid his commission and therefore thinks he has no obligation to pay me out from my own mother's estate.
