In July a person who keeps violating g her restraining order is not being pursued and due to the D.A's failure to act the person is able to continue despite court orders ahe violated no contact orders and kept trying to harass stalk and threaten intimidate me abd my family THANKS FOR NOTHING VV DA you wonder why crimes happen cause you give certain ppl slaps in the wrist or nothing at all that will never change why would they think they have to follow orders and why would I feel safe ???

As a public servant paid for with taxes from our pay you'd think they could post their Open and Close times online for us.

I had an experience with the district attorney that I would like to share with everyone. On September 1, 2016 terrorist threats were made against me from a felon with a firearm. He was let go and not punished. I had made numerous calls and talk to the district attorney many many times crying and scared for my life. On Tuesday, June 13 at approximately 5 PM the same man was arrested again for felony possession of a firearm but this time armed robbery. I will keep you posted on the outcome of his sentence this time. I hope they do not release someone who is such a threat to the society back into our society. He is a career criminal with lots of other arrests. This office was aware of all that and still turn him back into our society. I am in the process of looking for the people he robbed so that I can tell them my story.

Ive gone to court for 8 months 4 times. They still haven't reviewed my case and ive missed out on 2000.00 in lost overtime. This is cruel and unusual punishment! If my case isnt dropped on my next visit Im suing for false imprisonment and lost of earnings.

On 4/01/2014, Myself and my family contacted a manegment company."Kay Williams Realty inc." To rent a house. The representative by the name of "Brian Rhodes" Mrs. Williams son. We gave him $3, 000 in cash for a house. We got the receipts to prove it. And then Mr. Rhodes disappeared. We ccontacted the sheriff's department and they took all the info. Then the deputy came several time's to ask us further questions. Then after a couple of months went by and we found out the D.A.'s office dropped all charges an dc told us we would have to file s civil lawsuit. The D.A. sucks.I hate Victorville and will never return. Thanks for nothing Victorville D.A.
