RUN, don't walk, TOWARDS this firm! :) They are a legit firm, extremely hard-working, and funny as hell with great senses of humor. From my first conversation over the phone with Claudia, to coming into the office and having an in-depth consultation again with her- I knew this was the firm for me! I felt heard, seen, understood, and also received the most detailed and educating explanation of the way work comp operates, what to expect- good and bad, possible outcomes, a strategy for my case- all that same day of my consultation. Being a young worker trying to make it out here in CA, I was extremely stressed and fearful of not having the right treatment for my injury, dealing with an extremely-biased workers comp company, and just how to navigate this new world of legal processes and claims, but Anton Law walked me through EVERYTHING. Being as stressed as I was during this 18 month ordeal, there were definitely times I left multiple VMs, emails and texts to the staff, but I was always responded back to. Anton, himself, Veronica, or Claudia always called me back and gave me reassurance on my case and where I was at. I organized two large binders full of all of the legal notices I was receiving from the county, worker's comps' attorneys, and my doctors and kept myself up to date with all of my case statuses. Getting legal notices in the mail about disability benefits and claims IS scary! But having an organized firm behind you to email and scan these notices to, to have look at them and get back to you- is such a relief- and that is this firm! Veronica is one of their paralegals and is one of the hardest workers I know! She is compassionate, caring, and extremely knowledgeable and calm, which is very helpful for clients like me that operate very high stressed. Anton had my back when I had a 90 minute Zoom deposition done with the defense's attorney, and counseled my mom and I on everything post-deposition, because we had never gone through anything like this before. Anton prepped me for my QME appointment, gave me great advice and suggestions, and warned me about Private I's following and filming me during my case- and that DID happen! I remember the day Anton mentioned there was footage of me, and I got extremely anxious, wondering what this could be, how dare this workers comp company film me, ect, but in the end the footage was harmless! Why? Because I was honest and was always protecting my injuries. The footage went in my favor, and Anton was able to use this to close my case at the perfect time. Anton is very humble and will never tell you how much of a badass he is, but he truly is. I am impressed with his expertise and ability to relate to clients on such a human level.
