Barry Edzant is a true expert. Not only that, he is one of the most intelligent, genuine and caring people I know. These are the very qualities that are necessary when you need an attorney for personal injury and/or representation for an auto accident. I researched electric vehicles, decided upon and purchased a new Chevrolet Bolt from a dealership. A month later, Chevrolet issued a safety recall/battery warning advising me the vehicle was at risk of catching fire while charging. Chevrolet said until they could replace the battery pack and instructed me not to charge the vehicle indoors nor beyond 75% of the battery capacity. One of my purchase criteria was based upon vehicle driving range between charges so I calculated my daily driving needs. So this safety advisory limited my daily driving range below my needs. I kept inquiring when I could expect the replacement & Chevrolet was unable to commit. I asked the Chevrolet dealer to either replace the battery pack, or give me a vehicle with the new battery pack, or allow me to return the vehicle. They refused all of my requests. I was advised by friends & neighbors that I may be able to file a Lemon Law claim forcing Chevrolet to comply one way or another. I researched attorneys who handled these types of cases.
