Don't use these people. They will give you the least assistance possible and won't return your call. Then they are rude if you don't like the treatment. They never let me know anything or check on me or anything. They try to force you to settle and they don't want to fight for you. I lost my home my family and my ability to work. They didn't show me any compassion.

I should have searched for the reviews of this law office because I would have never hired these people! I seen the lawyer once since our free consultation. I hired them in Jan and haven't heard from them in 4 months. I left plenty of messages and no returned phone calls. I drove up to the office and asked to see my file and to see the status and they haven't done anything since march when they sent a letter to workman's comp for my paperwork. Before I hired the lawyer I was told that I should be receiving Disability Insurance since I lost my job instead of Unemployment. I called the lawyer back before I stopped my unemployment to make sure I am ok to receive disability insurance because I didn't want to be turned down and have no income to take care of my kids and myself. The lawyer secretary assured me there would be no problem. A month later after filing a claim with disability I get denied. I asked the lawyer to call me cause now I have no income and cant pay my rent or take care of my kids. I have bills left and right and can't pay none of them. I get no phone call back. This lawyer is about to have me and my two kids in the street by next week cause Its been a month since I paid any of my bills. Im about to fire him and find another workman's comp lawyer and sue this lawyer for legal misrepresentation. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE LAZY AND DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING!!

After using his office for years and putting up with attorneys for 9 years now I can truly say that 98% are just bad apples but you are unable to comment or do anything while they represent you - or else they will screw up your life. I have legal documentation to show that his office rarely returned my message (phone calls, emails, etc) in timely fashion. We had rushed paperwork and missed deadlines because Hodson and his paralegal were not on top of their game. He appointed others to the case in court even though I had no way of paying and I notified him of such but he went forward, multiple times. The legal system is a bunch of over priced fancy pants who do back door deals with friends and judges to get what they need. They are afraid of filing real actions against fellow lawyers and so your case suffers. I have been better of filing paperwork myself half the time, winning real results because other attorneys are usually behind. For example, a lawyer must file the order after hearing within 30 days - the assigned lawyer must submit to the other party the suggested OAH for approval. If this is not done in the 30 day time frame, the other party may submit their own document with any changes they would like to the courts without the other partys consent and it will be accepted. I have used this tactic several times to remove requests for legal fees by the other party and more and it works. But lawyers don't take this tactic since many times they themsleves are late and do not want to start infighting among the legal group in their county. Unless you are very rich and can afford the best attorneys you will get screwed. I cannot recommend this law firm for anything and I will be submitting additional legal action against them along with ethics board complaints. Stand against the corrupt 1%s
