My daughter passed away and I needed a lawyer to sue the Los Angeles corners office so I hired Agela Swan. She never contacted me through the whole case. She told a pack of lies the whole way through and I have a text trail for proof of it. She had no idea what she was doing because it was too big of a case for her and she didn't want to admit it. Her retainer was for car insurance which has absolutely nothing to do with wrongful death. I asked her at one point in time is it going to trial and she said it could be. What kind of a lawyer says something like that to a question of that nature. She took something so egregious and turned it into something more egregious. When I first read her reviews they were all bad so I don't know what these are some cover-up I guess. All I can say is run for the hills and don't do it!!!
