PMIR is very professional and I love Dr. Laura Pasternack. Dr. Pasternack always has a welcome smile and has excellent bedside manner. The smile is so appreciative when your feeling so miserable, but she always makes we feel better and always ready with new ideas. Dr. Hersel is the BEST doctor ever but Dr. Pasternack is a close second.
Dr Mohammed Rezai, who I trust and has been there every step of the way through my shingles and now postherpetic neuralgia for the last 5 months, referred me to Dr Cohen to hopefully put an end to this pain which has changed my life in many negative ways. Meeting with Dr Cohen today gave me hope! He casually mentioned a nerve block like it's something he does all the time. I felt a sense of calm hope. It was a quick appointment as there is a lot to figure out with insurance and all that good stuff. But he knew exactly what was going on and suggested the best avenue of treatment. I've been on cloud nine today thinking I may actually have a pain-free life back. All of the staff were very kind at PMIR as well. Helpful and all smiles.
I was really pleased with my visit.And it was especially a nice being able to talk to the doctor to see what can be done. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, i am definitely looking forward to working with them
The staff are always friendly and professional. Something has changed cause the parking lot was full. I was fortunate to find what I think was the last parking place. It has never been like this before. This may be a serious problem for older folks. One other disappointment was that I did not get to speak to my Doctor. I saw the PA and she was very nice, knowlegeable, but lacked the history knowledge my Doctor has. I drive 35 miles each way for these appointments, and seeing my doctor is important.
The staff and the doctor were so pleasant. They really know what they're doing. I was very very happy to be one of their patients. They listened and took action and they really know what they're doing. I'm so glad that they are my pain management. Highly recommended
