Schwimer Weinstein LLP

I'm disappointed in my experience with Schwimer Weinstein , It took 8 years for them to finally settle my case. There was barely any communication from them, I never knew what was going on. Finally the day before my mediation my attorney tells me we're only sueing one party out of the four we were suppose to sue because the other parties never responded !! Such a joke, they were totally okay with me walking away from this with nothing which made no sense. They still got their 40 percent and all they did was set up a zoom call! Don't waste your time with them.

Both Zev and Schwimer are two of the most unqualified lawyers I have ever dealt with. They hide under a thin veil of niceties, but it only serves to mask their self serving behavior. In my experience, this is a self interested firm, and all the advice and guidance you receive is either poorly thought out or designed to scare you into a path that gets them paid the fastest. I have never worked with a law firm that operated with such a lack of sound judgment. You will regret working with this firm. Call literally anyone else.

Do not bother with this law firm. They will waste your time and ghost you and your case. I was working with Ana Glowa and after six months in my case, she ghosted me. I tried emailing, calling and even leaving a voicemail to get an update regarding my case. No response. If you're going to drop someone's case, the least you can do is be professional enough and inform them of that, instead of wasting their time. If I can give this place zero stars I would.

Their persistence paid off. They worked with us for 15 months to get us the maximum settlement possible. Most appreciative of their hard work & tenaciousness.
