I just won my case , Thanks to Brian Shapiro. I've been years of fighting for disability and a few lawyers later Brian Shapiro only got it done. He's aggressive and don't let them sleep. Highly recommended . I also tell my friends who need it about him. It's a fight but always better with a great attorney at your side. Thank you Brian!

First and foremost finding the right attorney is a headache, you have no idea if any of the fancy advertisement is really true. So I did what you are doing right now, read through all the different opinions, results, and comments that others before me, had left in their reviews.
I personally ended up with attorney Monica Perales, and her assistant Evelyn Gil (Eve).
A social security disability case is a very slow moving process, and it's a lot, let me just repeat that, it is a LOT of paperwork, some of it the attorney can get, however; many doctors are not making it easy, so I had to go back and forth in order to get what was needed.
Eve being the assistant was my go to person, any questions, or concerns, frustrations and anything in between was through her.
My case got denied at first when I submitted it myself, so for my appeal I needed the professional on my side, and ohhh man was that a good idea.
Now, Eve may not have been able to get back to me the same day, but she always responded back, she always had suggestions, support and encouragements, when I was losing my mind in this slow process, the SSA is a very slow moving machine.
A couple of weeks before my appeals hearing, Monica whet over my case with me, making sure I understood everything and east my mind.
At the hearing she knew exactly what to demand, and how to get the right people included, she got the judge to agree to a second hearing in order to have this people that would only benefit my case included, (there is zero chance I would ever have been able to pull that off myself).
About a month later my hearing was back on again, this time it was a slam dunk for me and Monica, it was 100 percent in my favor.
Afterwards Monica followed up with me a couple of times, just to make sure things were going the right way.
If you are looking for a great fighting team in a SSA case, ask for Monica Perales, I am very happy that I did.

The Law Offices of Lawrence D. Rohlfing are exceptionally great in providing the best Social Security related legal services. The reception office along with the case managers, paralegals, and attorney are responsive at explaining and clarifying specific questions deriving from their clients. From my personal standpoint, my case manager and my attorney were in constant contact with me in providing me the most recent updates that were up do date with my hearing for my SSI case. They were in constant contact with me via email and via mail providing to me updated notices about my case and requesting medical evidence from my medical providers that kept me actively cooperative with my case. I highly recommend seeking legal advise and legal advise from their offices to resolve your case due to them being able to walk you through the legal process with effective communication.

After almost one year and four case managers we were denied by Social Security. We filled out all of the forms ourselves and had no direction whatsoever from the firm. We would call to ask questions only to find out we had a new case manager. It felt like we were on an assembly line rather than being represented and helped. When we received the denial we we're told some things that could be done. Our question is why weren't they already a part of the original submission. For example there should have been a medical appointment review and instead of following up on our case and making sure it happened we found out after the fact. Because this is a serious and important issue for people in need of help we thought we should do a review.

We had no verbal communication with attorney of C.A. during my son's filing with SS. Emails with no response from case manager C.A and we completed the forms. In the end, my son recieved SSI but it wasn't for us calling SSI and the person overseeing my son's case, we would not have prevailed. At the end of the day the lawfirm because we signed an agreement gets their share. Lousy service so fee is not warranted.
