When I was in need of a workmen's comp attorney after getting taken advantage of I let my fingers do the walking in the yellow pages! My first choice was Jeff Klein and it was the right choice! He and his staff are the best in the business looking out for their clients! The process took awhile but they never stopped fighting for me! I recommend Jeff Klein and his staff to anyone in need of a great attorney to look after their wellbeing!

While I do not have a whole lot of experience having to be in court, hiring Mr Jeffery Klein was the best decision I made. Mr. Klein and his team represented me in a Workman's Compensation case, in which a lot of other attorneys turned down, simply for the fact that my ex employer did not carry the Workman's Compensation Insurance. One might think that this would be an easy case; it certainly was not. Long story short, it lasted approximately 6 years (I would like to be clear, this time frame is normal, if not quicker than usual; I spent some time in the courthouse lobby speaking with people that were still fight cases with employers that DID carry Workman's Comp insurance for double digit years) and Mr Klein was able to get me awarded the highest tier of compensation for my injuries. In addition, when the ex employer wouldn't comply with one of the agreed provisions in the settlement, he fought to get me awarded with another cash settlement, which I clearly didn't expect. I would urge anyone with a clear and dry court case to anyone who's facing a quirky/difficult case to his office. His assistants, Janie and Tiffany were a tremendous help. I don't write reviews at all, I never did, but I was so mad from myself that I put my trust in this office, extremely disappointed, Mr. Jeffery M Klein need to re consider the way he dose business and how's running his office when he is not that as always, Janie "the new boss" is the best, she is prefect when it comes to follow up, leaving vm for someone else with different name and 100% wrong information, this after I call for more than 3 times and leave vm asking them to call me back OR after few emails. they're very good following up and keeping us well informed, I was dreaming my case will be in a good hands till I got nice denial letter just now, Thank you MR.
