The attitude on this guy is absolutely insane for a first time impression for someone willing to pay over 100K for a case. Please go learn professional. I don't know who made your head that big. So ARROGANT and egotistical. You're not the only lawyer that exists.

Nabiel totally botched a Civil Harassment Restraining Order case. He was totally unprepared, missed an opportunity to file a continuance and did not present compelling evidence I emailed him prior to the hearing. Here are excerpts from my Demand Letter to him: 1. You missed a Court date to file for a continuance because you did not know or forgot it was a Court Holiday. 2. You used a public Listserv to ask for another attorney to show up and seek a continuance and/or a long hearing (see Transcript, page 11, which I sent you on 10/23/24 and again on 10/28/24). This was amateurish and was called out by the other party's attorney. She shamed you in front of the judge, which seriously damaged your and my credibility at the very beginning of the hearing! 3. You failed to present the evidence I sent you the day before the hearing, February 13 and again on the morning of February 14. 4. Your performance in the actual hearing was substandard and actually hurt our case. I cite the following examples: 1. Transcript page 24: Judge Jones says to you, "Stop That. Don't apologize. Just don't do it." 2. Transcript page 66: Read the whole page. Select excerpts include Judge Jones saying to you: "Mr. Ahmed, I really don't know what the relevance is...I'm not sure what you're getting at..." 3. Transcript page 68: Judge Jones says to you, "Don't apologize. * That's enough because you are not helping yourself, Mr. Ahmed." I will be filing a Malpractice complaint with the California State Bar and filing a Civil Lawsuit to recover fees I had to pay another attorney to clean up Nabiel's mess.

When looking for a criminal lawyer it can be hard because you don't know who or how to trust one. But from personal experiences with Mr. Nabiel have been nothing but a blessing. He really sits with you and goes over your case to see what the best outcome you can get. My blood brother was a 1 strike candidate for his actions he committed. At bail set for $190,000 on my brothers case he was able to to reduce his bail significantly and get him out within 2 months. As the result for his gun case he end up doing 2 months and 2 year probation. So yea this man knows his law. I would highly recommend especially if your an immigrant he knows how to help you so I doesn't effect you credibility for citizenship. Thank you, you're the man.

This was my second time hiring Mr. Ahmed, he was able to get my case dismissed the first time I hired him, and in this latest incident he explained to me step by step what was going to happen through every proceeding, the clarity he provided let me know what to expect next. The expertise he has let me know I was in good hands and I made a great choice in obtaining his services. I received a better than expected outcome, and am grateful to Mr. Ahmed for all the work he put in to allow me to remain out of custody and not spend one day in jail!

Nabiel is an experience professional who knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him because he is on top of things that will make you not worry about your case. I had confidence in him since day one and for months never did he let me down. He is of great personality as well and his work speaks for himself.
