my experience with the law firm of Marvin Firestone, MD*JD & Associates, LLP was very good it was a long process, and it took several years to complete, but through the entire process I never felt alone. Michael was my main contact along with the office staff and I was kept informed often. The knowledge of everyone in the office was very strong, anytime I had questions they had the answers. There were many occasions I spoke with Michael just to calm down and he was always there to do that, not knowing how things would turn out from the very beginning I had extreme faith in Michael and Dr. Firestone, and the entire office staff. Well-connected & with good motives but very DIFFICULT to work with & OVER-BILLS repeatedly & very SLOPPY & with ERRORS galore (even on a key final settlement letter to my Judge)...thank goodness my mom was an English teacher who taught me to review all & edit as a kid. He did his best on an already nearly done deal, but clearly his 85 or so years is showing. Younger Docs now suddenly on his webpage? A bad sign. Sad, as he IS the firm, it will likely IMPLODE without him. Tells jokes & stories & CHARGES you $650./hr for them as well...omg! He & his billing have to be supervised closely. He can be mean & spiteful & gets offended so easily, a sign of a fragile ego & narcissist. Look around. Caveat emptor, let the buyer BEWARE.

Great attorney, great person. Helped me in 1992 with some medical legal issues and I've talked about him and how grateful I am to him many time since then. One of his great thoughts he taught me was to never tell someone "I know how you feel" because unless you have experienced the same exact situation, which is very unlikely, people are offended by someone saying that to them.
