We used Steve's services to deal with a personal issue regarding my mother's estate. I found Steve to be personable and had very good communication skills - he asked appropriate questions regarding the matter, he provided very good information that guided our approach to the resolution of the matter, and he was responsive to our needs. Once he had the information he needed he prepared a clear, articulate, and persuasive document that eventually lead to the favorable resolution of the matter. Steve also interceded with the other party on our behalf which I believe lead to the conclusion of the matter.
