I called Craig Walkon's office this afternoon. To my surprise, he answered. I was not talking to a receptionist or waiting to hear from "in-take." I was talking with a real lawyer who actually answered the phone. Craig was respectful, kind, and spent time with me to explain things in detail. He did not take my case; however, I respect the fact that he was honest, straight-forward, and made sure I understood. He could have brushed me off, but he didn't. He could have told me he wasn't taking the case, which he did, but he went the extra mile to understand what my family was going through; he listened.
