I was referred to this firm by another attorney who spoke very highly of them, but unfortunately, my experience was nothing like what I was promised. When I called, I spoke with Sarah, the office manager, and she was extremely rude, insensitive, and combative. Instead of helping me schedule a consultation with an actual attorney, she decided to give me her personal opinion on my legal matter. When I asked if this was her professional opinion as a lawyer, she admitted she is not a lawyer but "has been doing this for 25 years," and insisted that her personal opinion was the only one that mattered. She then refused to even schedule my consultation. It was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive, especially considering I was referred by another attorney. Based on my experience, it feels like this firm doesn't actually care about the client or the case unless they believe they can profit financially. I left the call feeling disrespected and disregarded.

Honestly, there are not enough stars to give Richard Alexander and his team. No one ever thinks that they will need a lawyer, so we weren't sure where to start after our daughter was in a car accident. She suffered a concussion after being stopped in traffic, hit from behind, and pushed into another car. She was taken to the ER by ambulance and summarily dismissed as having a concussion and given some pain meds. As her recovery seemed "too slow" and her severe head pain not subsiding, we thought that there might be more going on than "just a concussion". To protect her, in case there was something more, we decided to look for an attorney. We contacted two other law firms and they were not interested in her case. Thankfully, we found Richard Alexander. Richard immediately sprung into action by taking a survey of symptoms. He knew who to consult and what tests to have done. It became evident quickly that this was more than a concussion, it was a traumatic brain injury. In addition to regular concussion symptoms (sensitivity to light, sound) she was also unable to read, among other things. Her eyes would not track due to the brain injury. For anyone this is devastating enough, but for a college student-athlete on scholarship this is life altering. Richard did everything right by our daughter over the three years that this case took to settle. His expertise and advice was always spot on, and as this case took a mental toll on our daughter, Richard was always understanding. He helped her stay the course. When he is on your side you can expect several things: competence based on 50 years of experience, networking with the right people to help, follow-through, regular communication, compassion, genuineness (no BS), a sense of humor, and a team that wants the best outcome for their client. Alexander Law Group was able to negotiate a large settlement which ensures that our daughter will be able to afford ongoing medical treatment, and other expenses moving forward for decades to come.
