Demian and this firm is fantastic. We were out of his service area (we live in LA), but he still took the time to hear our case, answer questions, and even gave a possible referral. He is one of many many lawyers we've spoken to, and this is the only review I'm writing. Highly recommend if you live in the Bay Area.

This law firm is responsible for me being able to retire. I had a situation where an Insurance Company wouldn't pay my claim for a Liver Transplant. I had paid the premium for 10yrs, so I came to their office sat down & explained the situation. The next time I seen them, I was going to a arbitration hearing. Then the next time I seen them about 5 days later, I had a check for 5 times what they owed me.
