I have had the opportunity to see the work that Ilya Filmus of Infinity Law Group does for about a year now. If you are looking for a caring attorney (I know, right?) with deep integrity and high intellect, this is where to stop looking.

I had such a frustrating experience with them I don't even know where to begin. I originally was with Michelle for an accident case and went through so many assistant changes (life happens and I understand that). However when Michelle left the law firm and Ilyas took over my case it honestly just goes downhills from there. There was one communication between the two of us (Ilyas informing me that Michelle left and Ilyas is taking over my case). All of my communication is through their assistant, Mollie. I have to constantly be the one to email them asking about updates and where we are at in the case, it would take days for them to get back to me. It took them over a year to get the first offer with the insurance company by then I was over the whole process and settled. When I asked for further advice with Mollie about the settlement vs my injury I was told something along the line of "up to you" and I was over it. I felt very ignored and almost like a pain to them to deal with. I understand I was originally someone else's case but it would've been nice to receive more communication and understanding.
