Our family lost our mother in 2/23 from her falling out of her bed at a 24hr care facility, the Doctor's, nurses, CNA knew she was a fall risk and they didn't take all precautions to prevent her from falling out onto the concrete floor and her breaking areas of her body she would have never recovered from, my mother was 97 but still able to communicate although bed ridden because of her dizziness, we were all deprived her love and companionship, but are relieved we got some justice! On October 2, 2024, I was in my way to work and was hit by a drunk driver. I was so scared. The car I was driving was a total loss but that was the least of my worries, as I was more concerned about my health. I was taken to the hospital and thank God I was ok. I then got home and started to stress on what was to come. I reached out to a family member who recommended Jacob's law firm. We called and spoke directly with Jake, who was so easy to talk to and explained everything to me in a very easy and understandable way. Jake was on point. He was able to get me into physical therapy asap to help with my pain. Jake and his team were always available when ever I had a question. They never made me feel that I was asking too much.
