The experience I had with Josh and the law firm was very professional and efficient. They did things accordingly to protocol with professionalism. They also keep you informed along the journey. Josh was very responsive and getting back to his client with questions about the case and time involved. Everything during the process is explained to you and you are given the options to proceed to the next level. Professionalism all the way. I highly recommend this firm for this type of case involving public entities.

I worked with Brithany and Dayna on my personal injury case. They went above and beyond making sure that I got the care that I needed. They also asked me questions about how my injury has affected my day to day life style so that I can get reimbursed for those minor adjustments. I called Harris Personal Injury Lawyers today because of an injury my daughter sustained at a city pool. She cut her foot on a big chunk of sharp plaster that had broken off the pool and was on the bottom of the shallow end. The cut was bad and bled a lot, but luckily not deep enough to need stitches, however, I was still very upset that this happened to my seven-year-old daughter. The lifeguard who helped my daughter said they have been telling the people in charge that this has been an ongoing issue (the broken plaster, not people getting cut), and they have been told that the money could be spent better elsewhere. Unfortunately, in my opinion, my daughter had to pay the price for their poor safety funding decisions. When I called, I spoke with Giovanni. After I described the situation in detail to him and we discussed how to proceed, per his advice, we decided that litigation was not the best path since I mainly want the pool fixed so that this doesn't happen to someone else, especially not another child. At this point, it could have been the end of our conversation, but Giovanni went over and above giving me good advice and helping me brainstorm other ways that the community and I may be able to get the pool fixed so that this doesn't happen again. He was very professional and empathetic, telling me professional advice one minute, then heartfeltly saying how he would be very upset if this had happened to one of his kids, too. It felt like talking with a friend, but I had never met Giovanni. He was taking his valuable time and energy to continue to help my daughter and me after we had determined that I would not be hiring the firm. He and the firm were not getting paid, in fact, they may have spent a little money taking the time to help me, for that I'm truly grateful. If Harris Personal Injury Lawyers is full of associates like Giovanni, then they have a very special firm. I hope I don't need an injury lawyer in the future, but if I do, I will call this firm and ask for Giovanni personally.
