I am so thankful for Krasney Law and Mark. I had never been in a serious accident before so I had no idea about this process. Diane and Mark walked me through every step and fought for me. The settlement took care of a new car, all my medical and hospital bills, my lawyer fees included, and still plenty left to help me get back to where I was before my accident. They were ok in the beginning but as soon as it came to representing me in court and sending out the settlement checks that when communication stopped and Nichole became very difficult to get ahold of.. barely any text responds , no call backs etc I even updated my new number with the girl who answers the phone just to find out a month later she never updated my new number. the attorney representing my minor son was 30 minutes late to court. Just be prepared as soon as they get their money the service goes down hill incredibly. Just disappointed.
