Pacific Workers was an amazing choice for me. I was beyond stressed out and had anxiety through the roof when I called them. This is a mid-term review, pre-settlement update. For me personally, coming to Pacific Workers' was great decision. injured in September 2021, I was working directly with the Workman's Comp Insurance carrier without a lawyer for about 2.5 years. I had knee surgery in November 2021, in which the knee surgery failed and I was getting nowhere with my complaints and request for additional services with the Insurance Carrier. Due to the Pacific Lawyers team of David Mojica, attorney and his staff of Pablo San Vicente and Sebastian Barajas, I have received new X-Rays, new MRI's, a second opinion that had been previously denied, additional Physical Therapy and the determination of needing a 2nd surgery to correct errors of the first botched surgery. My biggest regret in hindsight was not teaming up with an attorney's firm from the start, causing me 2.5 years of lost injury/healing time for said bad choice. My decision to work with Pacific Workers' Lawyers firm was an excellent choice, helping me offset my stupidity of trying to proceed without an attorney. Thank you Team Mojica! Sincerely, Daryl T.
