Me Miller was hired by my ex in our divorce. He was ineffective and created more problems for both of us, dragging out the process by disappearing and not responding to his own client for months at a time. The only way we could get our divorce finalized was for my ex to fire Mr Miller and have my lawyer finish our divorce. We were both very frustrated and spent at least a year and $10k each wasted because of the shenanigans of this lawyer and his lack of responsiveness. My ex really regrets hiring him and has filed a complaint with the state bar association.

DO NOT HIRE!!!! Beware! After promising to settle a case within 1-2 years, 4 years later not only did he miss court dates, not communicate mediation dates with me, would not supply copies of court orders, but ultimately stole over $50,000 from me and my family! Him and his wife are awful human beings!

Do not hire this unethical and unprofessional council. Doesn't return calls, and doesn't account for his spending. I will be reporting him to the Bar Association.

"forgot" to file my response in divorce which resulted in a default. $2000 retainer drained in 1 month and that was without attorney representation in court. Unorganized office.
