I hired Melissa Lyons as my attorney after going round and round with my former employer following an injury. This has been a life changing experience. I honestly do not know if I would've gotten the treatment I needed without their help. It took 4 year to resolve from the date of injury. Every email I sent was answered within 24-48 hours. Sometimes I felt my attorney wasn't understanding what I was talking about which left me frustrated. Communicating via email was a little difficult at times but my questions were alway answered. I did sometimes feel I was bothering my attorney but she always gave me a professional response. Sometimes I felt left in the dark so I was researching my own case to get some sort of update. Only thing I can say was hard was just feeling like no one was hearing what I was saying.
