Wagstaffe still has not dropped charges against Mark Racop. He should have nothing to do with this case given the obvious conflict of interest here. In the past, Wagstaffe has received donations from both Sam Anagnostou and Sheriff Carlos Bolanos. Not to mention, he WAS fully on board with the charges against Racop. He only backed off when the media picked up the story.

The lady (I assume, receptionist or whoever picks up the phone) I spoke with today needs service relations training, with high focus on un-KAREN-zing her attitude, and lowering tone when speaking to public. Zero patients with zero sympathy. Please remember you are a public servant, not Queen Elizabeth.

I have never been on this side of the fence so im still not sure of what to think this early other than i did notice the public defender did fight for this guy who stabbed me in the head 5 times....didnt seem like they faught for me at all when i needed them to...infact my public pretender andy.D came to me after i told him i was going to accept any plea bargin jury trial nothing less.....he said theres no trial 4 you and this is it...take it or else.....and it was just another sibling battle.......but im a victim this time...i keep thinking im going to be charged...idiots

I don't think the district attorney should be spending money on radio advertising. Promoting himself politically.
