My coworker recommended Mervin to me approx a month after my accident. By then, I was already so overwhelmed dealing with the aftermath, while still being confused and unsure of what to do. Once Mervin got on board, I finally got a breather. His explanations were thorough and easy to understand. He's easy to talk to and quick to respond. He's efficient and kept me updated. I was able to focus on my recovery while he worked on the case. I've also met Brian, who was also easy to talk to and explained things well. So so grateful and appreciative of Mervin and his team. Highly recommend.

I don't usually write reviews, BUT in this case its very much needed! I can't thank Mervin enough for everything he did for me. This was my first car accident (hopefully last) that I've ever been in, and Mervin was very professional, didn't stress me out, so trustworthy, made sure I took my time to recover & he took care of the rest. I also would like to mention his SUPER fast responses and explained every question I had very throughly. I never had to talk to the other insurance company, I was so stress free I actually forgot at one point about this opened case LOL Mervin handled it all! Late on doing this review but I am extremely satisfied on partnering with Mervin for helping me resolve my accident. While other accident lawyers were trying to give me the least information possible. Even before I chose Mervin he answered each question I had honestly. I did not feel pressured to choose him to represent me just to have simple accident questions answered like a lot of other lawyers tried to do in the bay area. If you want upfront and honest representation, I can say this will be my future lawyer for if any other unforeseen circumstances happen in the future and he should be yours if you happen to find yourself in the same predicament.

Mr.Mervin Hosain was my attorney on car accident I had gotten in over a year ago. I had an attorney previously who was not the best and didn't do enough to even communicate with me. I found him through a trusted friend and Doctor of mine I've been seeing throughout my course of treatment. So I was glad to see how he could help me. From the moment I spoke with Mr.Hosain it was a different experience. He show such empathy to my situation and gave very helpful information. So I retained him as my attorney. He was able to settle my case within a few short months. He walked me through every step of the way while keeping me completely in the loop. I would highly recommend him. I'm am proud to say that he is on my second motor vehicle case and I couldn't be more thrilled. Please note these accidents were not my fault. For anyone who has been in an accident, it is so scary. You are not sure what to do and if you even need an attorney. So many questions to be answered etc. I'm new to having to get an attorney for anything so I needed guidance and help through this. Having had 2 attorneys on one case (at different times) I know what a great attorney is and how they should treat their clients and a not so great one. Mr.Hosain fights for you.
