Pleasanton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

I don't know about anyone else but my mom's biggest fear is having to go Into a rehab facility. I do have to say that this facility is NOTHING like any I've been in it's more like a vacation spot then a nursing home. From the minute you walk through the door you are greeted by a very cheerful staff. It is impeccably clean and smells delightful. The residents seem truly happy and we all know that no one chooses to be there. The nursing staff are so compassionate and patient with the guests it really is a good feeling to know my mom is in the caring hands of kind people when I have to go to work I'm very grateful we have them to rely on while my mom rehabs from surgery.

My experience visiting my grandma at the pleasanton nursing and rehabilitation center was nothing short of excellence. I can tell the staff really takes great care of my grandma and pays the most attention to her. They are always there to tend to her every need I could not have asked my grandma to be in a better nursing rehabilitation center I would like to thank the staff very much once again thank you very much.

As a visitor, I liked the entry lobby. A pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Employees are helpful and seem happy. Admitting was easy and care given immediately; The facility appears clean and welcoming.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. The PT team is encouraging and knowledgeable. This place just has a nice feeling to it. We are fortunate to have such a good place nearby where my sister can gain back strength and make a quick recovery.

I had a prior negative experience with a few rehabs while I was taking care of my mom. When I realized I need to go to a rehab myself after my orthopedic surgery, I was devastated. I never heard of Pleasanton Rehabilitation before, but I was lucky that that place accepted me. The place is clean. The food is tasty. They even came to me to check my dietary preferences and adjusted the meals I've got. The staff is absolutely amazing! I pressed the button and right away someone was there to address my needs. Special thanks to nurse Alisa and Mumtaz; to Gorbu and Sherwin for being by my side and help with necessities!; to case manager Ruby for her understanding, support and flexibility; to my amazing physical therapist Natalia! ; to activities director! I always felt there as a person. Thank you so much again for all you've done for me during my stay!
