Tom is very knowledgeable about the employment law and gives very good advice. Every situation is different and his advice is appropriate to the individual case. Wow, this guy is a joke. I asked about my minor daughter working past 9pm and how her boss doesn't comply to her type 1 medical needs of needing breaks and another person to work with her. He says to go see a family therapist. Wow what a joke this guy is. He must work or be a friend of the owner. #THOSEFREEMASONS
