I called to hire counsel to prepare my dad's Trust and received an auto-recording and was unable to leave a message. Shortly after, I received a call back from the "Attorney" who seemed annoyed that I called, and sounded like he either didn't have time to talk to me or was without any patience to have a conversation with me. My dad is older, with terminal illness, and is hard of hearing. Working with someone lacking in patience about delicate life planning during a sensitive time would not be a good fit for us.
