I just wanna start off by saying Fima, Catherine and all the associates at McGee Lerer are absolutely outstanding. This was my first time in any auto collision incident and I was very scared and confused as to what to do next. I called around and looked for places with the best reviews, and people who seem to be the most personal. After asking them a lot of questions and comparing them to other firms I chose them because they made me feel the most safe comfortable, and we're completely transparent about all necessary steps, fees, and the fact that they would not charge you unless you successfully had or won a case. My accident was in March and it was resolved in a matter of months, the person who hit me was uninsured so they were able to help me file an uninsured motorist claim as well as a personal injury claim through my insurance. I would strongly recommend any and all of my friends and family here. Also just wanted to note that coming from a customer service field myself their service is absolutely outstanding, will even answer all questions on the weekends as best as they can if yours advisor is not there! Hopefully I will never have this issue again, but if I do I know exactly where I'm going!
