I was involved in a car accident where a driver ran a red light and hit my car on the driver side door totaling my car. There were many witnesses and even an off duty cop that saw everything and clearly stated it was not my fault in anyway. The other drivers insurance company made an initial offer of $3500 and to cover all medical bills. Jacoby and Meyers were hired to provide a better settlement due to the pain from the accident and also my son's pain. My son was only 5 at the time. After about a year or so of going back and forth Jacoby and Meyers got me a settlement of only $1800, half of what I was offered to begin with.
