I signed papers, was taken as a client. I couldn't contact the firm, couldn't send them messages. After I called 5 times I called the main number and complained. They reprimanded me for not leaving a voicemail as if this isn't 2024 and can't see I called 5 times. I asked to terminate the contract after I seen the level of professionalism. Beware of this place. They only want your signature then they won't do a damn thing to help you.

One of the partners of the firm, Justin L. had an amazing side of compassion & communicates easily with his clients & any victims of these unfortunate injuries. He has a busy schedule, many responsibilities, but he does make time to speak to his clients, and any affected parties to the various injuries that may arise at the workplace or other circumstances. I have had the fortunate pleasure of pairing up with the team at boxer and Gearson for the last several years. My case is still in the works but I have faith in the honestly and integrity of the work and billable expenses or hours they are submitting under my claim. I really have enjoyed working with Burt Arnold. He truly understands the legal maneuvering necessary with. Long, drawn out case in addition to one with turnover in medical personnel and no representation from the other sides medical providers or service reps. Basically no one called me back every time I tried to reach the opposition.
