I want to recommend Avrek Law. I was in an accident in 2024. 3 car accident were I was the third person, in my Suv, to be hit while waiting for a light to turn right. The black sedan turned while the white truck had right of way. I was the brown car that was turning right. The impact of the white truck using me as a stopping post caused me to have herniated disc in upper neck and lower back. My A Team!!! These guys, Averk, are fantastic. They handled everything. Communication was great. I always had my questions answered in a timely manner. My injuries are life long, neck and back, and I feel like they did the best. They did go to battle for me so I could handle my recovery and my life. My medical bills are handled as well as my future therapy and chiropractic visits. Thank you Rubi for being so pleasant and so quick to keeping me up to date. Toward the end Mitra P., a Lawyer, who was gracious and professional in communication. For the folks in the background that made it all move faster. It was a drawn out case with the other insurance but Avrek did fantastic. The accident in which I was a passenger was on August 1, 2024. Well over a year. I did the physical therapy, seen THEIR Doctors and have had ZERO compentsation. My attorney or paralegal Derrick and April do text back pretty quickly but they still do not have a clear answer as to when the dispursement, if ANY, will take place. Very frustrating.
