Edit: I just got a very interesting call from the "case manager" Ashley, offering an explanation and also offering to give me a gift card in exchange for me removing my review. Anyone looking for a lawyer should know how sketchy this place is before deciding to do any work with them If you want to be sitting around on hold all day, this is definitely the place for you. The receptionist(s) have no idea what they are doing so when they finally do answer your call you will get transferred to someone who has absolutely nothing to do with your case. They make it impossible to get ahold of anyone who knows what they are doing. I was transferred to compensation when I hadn't even gotten that far, he gave me the number of the woman in charge of my case, and she assumed I was WORKING WITH HER. No confirmation of who I was or anything. Definitely sketchy. Do not recommend.
