Without a doubt, my family HIGHLY recommends the Armendariz Law Firm. My 23 year old son was facing a felony assault charge with a GBI enhancement; a 7 year jail sentence. He had never been in trouble with the law other than 2 moving violations since he was 17. The "victim" had a black eye which didn't require hospitalization or medical follow up so nothing was broken. We had never sought or were in need of a criminal defense attorney. This was all new to us. Prior to coming across the Armendariz Law Firm, my son and I had met with another attorney who didn't quite win us over, but it wasn't bad either. I had three other appointments for my son after setting up the appointment with Bryce Armendariz. I could not attend my son's appointment. When I called my son, he was excited. He felt immediately connected to Bryce. Bryce asked the right questions of my son. His fee was quite a bit higher than that of the first attorney, but when you're facing such a serious charge, the difference was a minuscule. We cancelled all subsequent appointments and put all our trust into Bryce. We were not disappointed! Bryce did an AMAZING job! He communicated the entire way through with us, he was present for every hearing and really assisted us through the entire process. The GBI enhancement was removed. My son ended up with 90 days of electronic monitoring, 16 classes of Anger Management and restitution of under $1,500, made up of mostly court fees. He's able to downgrade from a felony to a misdemeanor after a year AND it is eligible for expungement after his 3 year probation is up. We plan on using Bryce's services for these future engagements.
