Confused staff. Sent information to someone else's email despite my very explicit instructions. I was then given a phone appointment, after calling again, and wasted my evening waiting for a call that never came. Two weeks later and haven't received a call or email. I hired another attorney. Edit: Received a call and voicemail today after leaving the above review. Ms. Yoshida left a message of apology. That was nice and appreciated. Mistakes happen. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did.
