There isn't enough ways to express my thanks to this incredible woman!!! She has become my hero!!! I thought I was going to literally lose my mind, trying to prepare for my Divorce from my ex. There were so many things going through my mind, were my forms right and did I include everything that I was supposed to??!! Then along came Lindsey Bannerman... like a miracle, she appeared out of nowhere. One of my best friends recommended that I contact her and that she was an exceptional family law attorney. So, I did!!! It was the best advice I've ever received. She was everything my friend said she was, and more. When she took my case it was it was such a huge relief. She is so warm and caring, and yet so professional at what she does. Her legal assistant contacted me and the ball was literally rolling!! 1 Star (Would give 0 if possible) I had a consultation with Kevin, and I left feeling disappointed. I already know I owe a large amount of support, arrears, and interest -- I didn't need someone to repeat to me what's written in my order. I was looking for legal guidance and strategy -- advice on what steps I could take to move forward -- but instead I got a basic recap of information I already knew. When I asked for help with how to present my case to my ex-wife, I was told "I don't know what to tell her because I don't know her." I wasn't asking for a personal message tailored to her, just an example or suggestion for how to start the conversation. I was also told that this situation would "follow me for the rest of my life" and that I was "basically screwed," which felt discouraging rather than helpful. The main advice was to come to an agreement with my ex and contact CSS for a repayment plan -- again, something anyone could figure out on their own. When I asked about custody modification, I was told I could file at the clerk's office myself or pay them to do it -- but there was no deeper discussion or strategy offered. The consultation lasted about 15 minutes, yet I was charged for a full 30 minutes. I walked away feeling like my concerns weren't taken seriously and like there was no real interest in taking on my case or helping me move forward. I'm not looking for a miracle, just an attorney who can advise, strategize, and help me make progress so I can get on the right path. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this firm -- at least not Kevin.

Lindsey's knowledge of the law, her professionalism and her support thru this very stressful time was nothing short of outstanding. I admire her work ethic and most of all the excellent representation. Her dedication and commitment to my case will never be forgotten. I highly recommend Lindsey without any reservations. I want to start off by saying that Lindsey and her staff are step above the rest. They always respond quickly with detailed and informative information. They also explain it in terms that are understandable and transparent. Because of Lindsey and her staffs knowledge and expertise, I was able to get more time with my son, which was the main reason why I came to her. I feel like fathers get a bad reputation in some divorces and constantly have to jump through hoops just to get more time with their children. Lindsey fought for more custody and was successful!! This has given my son and I the chance to build on our relationship and the results of that are amazing.
